This Stethoscope cover is hand knitted with a multi colored sock yarn, you will see, purple, black, blue, orange, yellow and pink. A friend of mine is a nurse and she asked me if I could knit her a stethoscope cover that is not so bulky like the cloth ones. This multicolored stethoscope sock is knitted in the round so it has no seams and has a very good stretch to it, so you can easily pull it over the bell. And just snap the buttons close on each leg. It has two legs with snaps on it so it will stay put and snug. The snaps are reinforced with felt. The front snaps are reinforced with a pink butterfly. Care: You can wash it in the machine, gentle cycle, pull back into form then air dry or tumble dry low.
